Microsoft Outlook is a desktop based application which is mainly used for emailing purpose. MS Outlook can be configured as a centralized email client interface to receive emails messages from various web mail services like: Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. It helps the user to manage the webmail services on daily communications. >> choose SSL as type of encrypted connection, and it will be automatically use 993 as incoming server port.
>> In the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" section, choose TLS as type of encrypted connection, it will use 25 as outgoing server port; similarly, you can also choose SSL as encrypted connection and type 465 as outgoing server port. Finally, click on OK button.
